Is the lock manager running?
Are you starting as a different user than hci (or whoever owns the files in the site/exec/databases directory?
Try shutting down the site, remove the “rdm.taf” file, and try again.
If this doesn’t work it’s possible you’re missing some env vars related to the database or RDM.

Regarding patches, we suggest that you install the latest patch for the release you’re upgrading to. So if you’re going to 2022.09, you’d install the base 2022.09, and then the latest patch which is 2022.09.02.

Cloverleaf EmeritusWe will have several sessions where you can interact with product managers and solution consultants – there will be an overview session and then sessions dedicated to each product line (Cloverleaf, FHIR suite, Clinical Bridge).
You’ll be able to ask questions and discuss anything you like during these sessions.

Cloverleaf EmeritusHi Vincent, yes this is an add-on, it’s known as Secure Messenger. The customer will need to reach out to their account executive for pricing.

Cloverleaf EmeritusIt looks like the native tcpip driver is working better. I’ll have to test it longer to see if that totally fixes the issue. Thanks again.
You are welcome! Please let us know the results of further testing. Thanks David!

Cloverleaf EmeritusThanks for raising this David – I’ve asked R&D to take a second look and see if there’s a way we can prevent blocking in this scenario.
Are you using pdl or the native tcpip driver? The tcpip driver may behave a little better as it’s multithreaded under the covers.

Cloverleaf EmeritusHi Michael – thanks for the heads-up. Will discuss with R&D. Could I ask you to open a support case and send a screenshot of the error you’re getting?

Cloverleaf EmeritusReminder – the site will go down at noon CT today for the weekend maintenance.

Cloverleaf EmeritusHi Jason, what release are you on? I remember a couple bugs in older releases:
- the startup scripts would back up and restore server.ini , in some cases changes made before reboot would be lost
- hcisiteinit command line did not update server.ini when a new site was created
I believe both of these have been resolved in 20.1.x. I’m not sure exactly when they were introduced and fixed.
I’ll ask Goutham to comment further!
