Anybody? Please…….
Jason
Hi Jim,
Thanks for the info. Very useful, I must get some time to take a closer look at the HL7 specs.
Is there a simple way to do use the active null within Cloverleaf other than an if else in the XLT. A default of @activenull would be nice.
Kind Regards,
Jason
Hi Jim,
Its an A08.
Cheers,
Jason
thanks to Robert, Max and Jim for your assistance. Sorted now I understand returning the list. Regards,
Jason
I think that is the problem I am getting is that the output is a list so instead of getting 123 456 7890 I am getting 123 returned by my proc. To be honest I am not to sure what I am doing with the xlates and will stick to doing it in a TPS for now.
Thanks,
Jason
finally tracked it down to a typo in the odbc ini file. Jason
I have done the site clean up, reinitialised the database, dechained etc and I am still getting this problem. Always the same error message. Any ideas before I ditch it and go back to unix shell and cron?
Cheers,
Jason
Hi, Some more info now I have the EO turned up.
would it be worth doing a general site clean up, init etc?
Cheers,
Jason

Hi David, At present we don’t yet have any plans for its use. At this stage I was just planning on doing it as a learning exersize for getting to grips with the XML part of QDX but my interest is in what is happening with GP messaging and lab to lab functionality of the CFH program.
We are members of HL7 UK so have access to the latest RIM and I had been trying to import it but not making much headway yet. I put this down to 5.3 possibly not having the hl7 3.0 bits needed that the UK rim builds on.
I have now got 5.6 from our supplier and I am in the process of building up a Solaris box as a test platform. I will let you known how I get on.
Regards,
Jason
Thanks for the input. I took the dynamite option and initialised the databases. Which seems to have cured the problem for now. Its a strange one this as there had been no changes as far as I am aware off. We have a couple of maintenance tasks that are run from cron jobs which do set various qdx environment variables and this is probably going to be the first place i look.
I have found another problem whilst looking into that one, the debug output from one thread is now appearing in the log of another thread, at least it is within the same site I’m beyond baffled 🙄
Garry, I will give Ben a call next week. hope things are going well in your new job!
Jason
Hi Rob, That is what I thought. When I am in the production site and run the hcidump around half of the entries are for the production site as expected, the other half are from a different site.
Should I try shutting down all the threads in each site and doing a database initialization for each site to try to correct this problem.
Regards,
Jason
Did you find a solution to this. I am also getting this with Cloverleaf 5.3 running on Redhat 3.0 ftping to Solaris box Hi David, Ive just found this post and it looks exactly like what I’m trying to do with a gp links2 file.
The documentation on HRLs’ seems to be little more than screen grabs of the GUI.
Any chance that you could share the HRL with me?
Kind Regards,
Jason
Hi Bahka, If you could post that it would be very useful.
Kind Regards,
Jason
