September 10, 2010 at 6:25 pm in reply to: extra "" pair shown at string defined fields HL7 O #72592Thanks Jim. Would you mind asking the etra quesiton regarding the fileset-ftp. I’m just wandering if i can use the protocol to get file in window? how?
I can not find my accomodation in the hotel. Anyone would like to share? 😀 Thank for the reply. One thing i would ask, which way you conver the incoming message to an particular message type sending to outbound thread, by tcl proc or xlate file? my flat file data would be deliminated by”|” sequencially and no segment id leading, can it be done?
Thanks for the reply. What does the revisions directory use for ? I checked the directory and there are lots of timestampled copies of network configure files, table files, xlate files, are they historical file? can I exclude this one beside the exe in the tar file?
Thanks Rob. Would you have some details hands-on experiences can shown with? or we can be offline to discuss via email if you dont mind. Thanks again
If I were you, I would write a TCL script to handle it. I guess you will split the message into two because of the larger OBX segment in ORU. A tcl script will definitely be helpful..
Thanks , Jim. I have sent you the email for the script..
Thanks Jim, I actully would kill certain msges which meet some criteria not all. I guess i have to make some change on the hcimsgkill and save as different name and then use it? Do you have other script handy? or alternative.

Thanks, Ross. What do you think of the cause of problem? It is hard to determine the interval to recycle the thread. December 12, 2008 at 3:20 pm in reply to: 2 different threads pointing to the same 3rd thread #66340Hello, Jim. What could be the side effect you can think of situations where a single outbound receives its input from two different inbounds, can you explain more in details? Thanks
