      I received the windows 7 install CD’s from support and the install was perfect.  I did not have to follow Bob Richardson’s steps.

        Thanks, Dean.  Yes it does say Client only but I have since found out that we need a new install disk for windows 7

          We use a visio diagram with Cloverleaf in the middle.  It looks like a big mess but the higer-ups love it.

          (had to rename the .vsd attachment as .txt…..Clovertech does not allow .vsd files as attachments.  Try renaming back to .vsd when viewing)

            First do a add specified messages to view that meet the first criteria.  Now remove specified messages that do NOT meet the second criteria, then remove specified messages that do NOT meet the 3rd criteria, and so on.

              This was our solution:

              Symptom:  Threads or processes don’t reflect actual status (up/dead) in gui

              Fix:  run hciserveradmin

              under Hostserver tab go to Advanced tab

              click on
