            Hello,

not directly, in french, we can’t open a ticket.

We have to go through a distributor.

No, i use the mode ‘list’

And for the problem, I’ reproduce it on:

Linux Red Hat (server sFTP natif)

              Unix AIX

              Windows (FreeSSH)

When i connect with putty and the command sftp…

I can see date info, size info, etc…

              But with Cloverleaf NOT.

For me it’s a bug, and this module is VERY EXPENSIVE !!!

                    Hello Jim,

This format (EDIFACT) is not also very use in the Europe…

And for the moment, the official support has NO RESPONSE.

So, this format is in Cloverleaf :

Can you give me a sample file who parse in EDIFACT ???

(or the mail of Rob Abbot)

                    Thanks

                      Hi,

We experience the same error message. Did you find any workaround ?

                      Thanks

                        Thanks Alan, LIBPATH was ok.

We’ve been able to find a work around by replacing the directory $HCIROOT/clgui/jre by the 5.7 version of this directory. The problem seems to be in the JVM shipped with Cloverleaf 5.8.

E-novation (Cloverleaf distributor in France) told us an update will correct the problem in Spring.

                            Hello

We have the same problem betwen a CLV5.8 Linux server (on VMWare) and our clients (CLV5.8 Client- Windows XP).

The client takes 2 seconds to connect to the site, but when we launch the network Monitor(or other module), it takes about 5 min.

If I open, close and reopen the network Monitor(or other module), it takes another 5 minutes…

If the network Monitor is already open by another client, when i open it, the lock manager window appears immediatly (module is locked by another user, open read only yes / no…), and after answer (yes or no), it takes 5 minutes to open the module again.

Note, when I connect to a Windows server (CLV 5.8) with the same client, I don’t have the problem.

On my linux server, the firewall is disabled.

FYI : I tried to install the CLV5.6 client with both modes ( with xp compatibility mode and without it ). I didn’t work .

                              See ya

Hello, we have the same problem.

A virtual machine is NOT satisfactory answer.

We must be able to use cloverleaf client on MS 7 OS without using a VM.

7 will soon be the most communly used OS.

When will the patch be available (or another solution to solve the problem).

Tank youuuu for your (quick) answer.

                                Cecile
