      Hello Everyone,

It’s me again with another question….with the hopes that someone will point me to the right direction again.

In the translation configurator, I have build my xlate to map transactions from XML –> HL7;  So, far it is working fine; however, in the testing tool I am only able to display one record and not multiple records; regardless, of toggling between “process one record” or “process all records”.  In other words, my translation is only working for one record.   Therefore, how do I get more then one MSH for each records / transactions, as there are many in the xml file.

I am very novice or new to XML.

I have attached the screen shot of the xlate and translation configurator.

      Thank you,

      Femina

          Femina,

If you are getting multiple records in the XML file, is it possible you need to ITERATE over some XML repetition to get each message and then do a CONTINUE to actually cut separate HL/7 messages?

Thanks Jim.  But, I was unsuccessful even after doing that.  The messages are duplicated (the first message).

Just wanted to take a minute to say “Thank You” Jim and David for pointing me to the right direction.  Apparently, I already had the CONTINUE AND SUPPRESS in my translate, but I FORGOT to null out the variables.  After doing this, I got it to work successfully.

              Thank you again.
