Xlate "version" in prologue for 5.6

I just have a question regarding the version number within the prologue of the .xlt file.

  The hcixltconvert utility uses several procs from configIO.tlib.
  
  It looks like the proc XIO:emitPrologue in configIO.tlib (in $HCIROOT/tcl/lib/cloverleaf) hasn’t been updated in a while. It doesn’t appear to break anything except our confidence in the conversion utility.
  
  As you pointed out, any Xlate updated with Cloverleaf 5.6 gets the correct translate version ID (version:7.0) placed into its prologue.
  
  Maybe someone from HealthVision can give us an update on the maintenance status of the “unsupported” lib/cloverleaf libraries.
