Windows update process.

Our server support team would like to start running monthly system updates for our Cloverleaf Server.

It is running on a Windows 2003 server, and Cloverleaf version 5.3P_REV3.

Does anyone have any experience running updates? Suggestions for best practices? Our support suggests that we have all the processes off while installing updates. They do not test cloverleaf with the windows updates as part of support.
