Enhancement short description:It would be helpful if the VRL format Global separators were in the SEPCHARS Metadata like HL/7, X12, etc.

Version of OS:5.2
Cloverleaf Version:5.6
Revision:Rev 2
Tool:Message metadata
EnhancementLong Description:When attempting to parse a VRL (or HRL with multiple VRLs) within Tcl, it would be helpful if the global Separator characters at least were somehow exposed. Using SEPCHARS might make sense. Even having globals that are populated or even additional information provided via GRM would be useful
The issue now is that any Tcl code for VRL has to have an argument or be hard coded informing the separators expected to be in use. That may not always be accurate. The most accurate would of course be the separators actually defined in Cloverleaf when the message is created/used.
