View Encrypted Data in SMAT

Is there a trick to viewing the CSC message that is written to SMAT after being encrypted for the CSC server.

I have tried running through the csc_msg_decrypt proc in the testing tool and that is not working out well.

  In Cloverleaf 6.2 we added the Tcl API, which allows you to write the message to SMAT in any UPoC.
  
  Thus you can write to SMAT after decrypt on inbound, and before encrypt on outbound.
