User Group Sessions

Since my posting a few days ago I have received several questions about what subjects will be presented.  I understand a lot of you need this type of information to convince your Management to let you attend.

We are scrambling to get something formally posted.  In the meantime, here are the sessions that will be presented by the Implementers.  Some are new and some have the same title but have been updated and refreshed.   I will be doing the Tips and Tricks plus the Powe of Tcl as in the past.  I will also be presenting a new topic, Cloverleaf and Web Servers which will discuss methods of interfacing Cloverleaf with a Web Server both at the client and server level.

For those of you that don’t know, the one-onone is where you can request a sit-down with an Implementer to discuss your peculiar problems.

There will be other sessions as well.  IMHO, it is well worth the price of admission.

will you guys be hands on demo on all of them or is it just a power point presentation ?

Given the number of people and the time allotted, its hard to get too hands on.  I will certainly demo some of my stuff.

For the Web Inteface session I have put togther a Web Site and a Cloverleaf site and tied them together.

BTW, we will have the open Lab again where we can demo most anything you want to see.

How do I set up a “one on one” with an implementer?

I don’t think they have set that up yet.  They will have it set up soon.  I don’t know if it will be via the web or an e-mail.

At the very least, you could request it during check-in at the User’s Conference.  They will have a Welcome Table there and I’m sure, if not done in advance, you can do it there.

Sorry I can’t provide more but I am not part of the team putting this together, just getting ready for my part.  😕

As far as talking to an Implementer, feel free to “corral” me anytime during the conference that I am not presenting a session.
