trxid error?

hey all, i am noob trying to figure out a trxid error. We are recieving an inbound result ORU^R30. In the route messages tab for this thread i have it routed as ORU_R30. This is how we have many other setups with no issues. Does anyone have any ideas or direction. This is going raw to another system.

  On the inbond tab, how do you have your TRXid Determination format defined?

  I had it set to frl and not hl7. Thanks for the post.
