I’m translating a ORU 2.3 to an ORU 2.2 on CL3.5.2P. I can not use pathcopy as it is not an option. I’ve got an translate set up to xlate each required field, but when I get to the OBX5 field, I am only getting the first subfield. I tried an iterate, but it doesn’t seem to work. How can I get the enitre OBX5 field, which is made up of multiple lines separated by tilda’s (~), to xlate to the outbound message? 😕 Here is an example:
Part of OBX5:

This infant continues in room air with no apnea or~ bradycardia. We will continue to monitor her closely. ~~2) Fluids and nutrition. The baby is feeding Similac Special Care ~ 20-Calorie Formula, 40 ml every three hours, which gives her ~ 171 ml/kg/day. She is nippling all of her feedings; stooling; and~ voiding. ~~
This is what is translated:

Any help is greatly appreciated…
