Threads not staying put in 5.7

I’m trying to set up a new test engine using 5.7.  I’ll arrange the threads how I want them on the Network Monitor and click save, but when I bring it up again, the threads are not positioned where I left them.  Is there any way to make them stay put?

Are you arranging them in the NetConfig display or Net Monitor? If you click Save in NetConfig I think in 5.7 it saves the view as default view (dflt.mvw). If you Save from Network Monitor you can choose Save As to create different views.

After you saved the view make sure you open the one that you saved (File –> Open…).

Actually, I saved on both.

Just a thought but try view ->save view on netconfig and refresh the netmonitor. it will be how you arranged the netconfig.

No matter what I try, every time I restart the network monitor, the threads are scattered all over.  In Netconfig, they stay put just fine.
