TCP/IP Host: cannot find host

going to CL 5.7 on Linux.

currently on 5.5

In noticed the following in our log at startup…

…. TCP/IP Host: cannot find host ….

the host is resolveable via DNS, but is not in our hosts file ..

The connections are good, and interfaces appear to work well, it’s just durring startup that the DNS is not used.

How can this error be removed?

  I found this article which is related to this error. It helps explain why these errors might be occuring. They appear to be harmless.
