tclSOAP Webservice issues

Hi,

I installed the tclSOAP package 1.6.7, but I run it without success:

tcl>package require TclCurl

7.16.0

tcl>package require xml

Error: can’t find package uri 1.1

tcl>package require xml

3.1

tcl>package require dom

Error: couldn’t load library “c:gehc-itccgquovadxqdx5.3integratormuse_prodtclprocsTcllibxml3.1tcllibxml231.dll”

: this library or a dependent library could not be found in library path

tcl>package require SOAP

Error: can’t find package log

What am I missing?

I have installed the following packages:

TclCurl7.16.0 (with dll)

Tcldom_libxml23.1  (with dll)

Tcllibxml3.1  (with dll)

tclsoap1.6.7

Tclxml3.1  (with dll)

[QDX 5.3, Windows 2003, and installed a SSL license]

Any help is highly appreciated.
