TCL Display Question

Hi All

I have an old tclprocs question, but cant remember how to correct it..

In the Cloverleaf GUI under the inbound Route messages xlate pre/post proc how can i get my tclprocs to display i only get the ones that came with the install, just started.

Did you put your file with the tclproc in the tclprocs directory? Does the file have a .tcl extension? Did you run binmktclindex.htc? Then, you might have to restart the GUI.

Or restart the host server. If none of these steps work, I don’t know.

Update  GUI stopped hciss -K h, now it wont restart hciss -S h no hung processes when doing a ps -ef | grep

any ideas?

Shouldn’t it  be ‘hciss -s h’ to restart the hostserver? Not sure if the -S option works.

Have a look at server.log in $HCIROOT/server/logs for any error messages.

FYI

Issue resolved, Audit log file filled up. This contains the log ins and log outs of the GUI, not really necessary to run or set to recycle every so often.
