Socket already in use…..HA 5.6 related?

      Having 5.6 AIX 5.3 issues:

      see port bound by local physical ip

      but when we were getting data…..it was on the pkgip/socket

      now when trying to reestatblish – The socket name is already in use.

      netstat -an shows:

      tcp4       0      0  *.21071                *.*                    LISTEN…but cant connect?
