anyone have suggestions.. I have one health plan, that eligibility is based on one employee group, but then contributions are set up smoker vs non-smoker rates. Any suggestions how to setup the easist way?
At any point within the plan year the smokers can be moved to the non-smoker rate.
Would it be easier to add a “sur charge” type deduction on PR side instead of creating and maintaining employee groups?
Any suggestions/best practices?
