I have been having a lot of issues lately with a certain thread getting this error message: “FATAL ERROR! Attempt to save over message ‘message0’ with message ‘message1”
This particular thread does not send ACK messages back. Is this the problem? Is the send OK Procs in the outbound data only to bu used when ACK’s are involved?

That is most likely your problem.
However a bigger issue is the receiving system not acknowledging the messages. It is only a matter of time until you experience lost messages AND you have no way of proving the message was received. The receiving system will always blame Cloverleaf(R) first so you need to be able to prove they received the message.
If it were me I would insist this integration will not move forward until proper acknowledgments are produced by the receiving system.
