send Claim messages to Ingenix application

Has anyone used the Cloverleaf engine to send Claim messages to Ingenix Claim Manager application in the Internial Message Format (IMF) format. If so what type of configuration was used, FRL, URL or maybe even HRL … I am leaning towards the FRL but maybe the HRL will be best. HELP!
