returned bogus strMsgId ‘message0’

I am getting this from a tclproc and I know I’ve seen it before…..but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to fix it. Can someone help?

  Check the message disposition (KILL, CONTINUE, etc) logic in your TCL proc. Most likely you have killed the message and now are trying to continue it or vice versa. If you are having trouble in tracking down the message handle (message0 in this case) disposition path, post your logic on this forum so that we can take a look.
  
  A simple desk check (yes old fashioned manual method) may prove useful to you.
