Replace string in a hyper link …xlate or tcl

Hi All,

Need to replace the hyperlink coming in as

http://SRV300/musescripts/museweb.dll?RetrieveTestByDateTime?PatientID=009969639TDate=11-09-2007TTime=23%3a55%3a39%3a255TTestENGINE=ECGTSite=1TOutputENGINE=PDFTExt=PDF

with

https://swift.orhs.org/musecontrolo/swiftweb.dll?RetrieveTestByDateTime?PatientID=009969639TDate=11-09-2007TTime=23%3a55%3a39%3a255TTestENGINE=ECGTSite=1TOutputENGINE=PDFTExt=PDF

only the first part of the string needs to be modified i.e, https://muse.orhs.org/musescripts/museweb.dll? from the original

Has anyone done that … would appreciate if you could share your code.
