Remote Commands

I have a couple of people  here who wish not to use the command line shell.

So I need to create a series of scripts and have done so.

I would like to break them down a little more by adding folders to the users commands folder.

Has any one done this ?  I have tried a couple of things too add folders but it has not worked out.   Any ideas would be appreciated.
