Read on socket 808 failed: WSAECONNRESET ?????

I am getting this message on numerous different threads at various times.  The socket number changes but the message is the same.  WHen it happens I cant do anything with the processes or threads under it.  Anybody know what this is?  Thanks!

This is happening on my new Server 2003 environment with QDX 5.3 rev 3.

WSAECONNRESET:  Connection reset by peer. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. This normally results if the peer application on the remote host is suddenly stopped, the host is rebooted, or the remote host uses a hard close

Another thing you may look at.  If you are running SP2 or greater on your Windows 2003 box, you must either roll it back or upgrade your Cloverleaf version.  Cloerleaf was not qualified to run on SP 2 untl version 5.5.
