QDX 5.5 SMAT Resend – file

QDX 5.5 (AIX) – using SMAT GUI created 2 files via resend. I was surprised to find that the files were not length-encoded. In all of the prior releases the files have been length encoded. I checked the SMAT section of the 5.5 User Guide documentation and it states that a file from resend will be length encoded. Any ideas on why my 5.5 files are new line?

  This issue was discovered shortly after the 5.5 release and is fixed in the 5.5 rev1 patch.

  Can someone tell me what all does the 5.5 rev 1 patch correct? Is is just for the SMAT newline/length encoded issue?
