I’m looking for a contact who has done a E7000/Eclipsys order interface to PYXIS. ANy help would be appreciated.

  We here at Mount Sinai Med Ctr do have a mature TDS7000 to Pyxis interface. It is bidirectional. How can I help.

  I would like to know how PYXIS handles the Order verification process, our E7000 analyst would like to send a Order Verification from E7000 to PYXIS. Is this possible and how is it done?

  We are sending (narcotics only) orders (ORC=NW), with the TDS order number to Pyxis. When the nurse accesses the pyxis dispenser, she/he extracts the med and fills in the appropriate info, as to why given and upon selecting enter an RAS message is sent out from Pyxis with TDS order number to file as a charting message as med given.
