Operations Manual Template

Just wondering if anyone out there would be willing to share a sample, or template of what they use for an ops manual?  I’m trying to put one together and I’ve found that I’m sitting here with a ton of information that I want to put into it, and no real idea of how I want to format it.  I’d rather spend the bulk of my time compiling the document rather than spending most of it trying to figure out what format the document should be in.  If anyone out there can assist it will be greatly appreciated.

A good starting point may be simply the “Operator Guide” documentation that is included with Cloverleaf, specifically the “Network Monitor” section.
