We’re considering purchasing the ODBC modules. The first application is to create a consolidated doctor master. What other creative applications have you all used ODBC to accomplish via the engine? Thanks.

  Although I don’t use ODBC licensed by HealthVision, I do use TclODBC library (which is free).
  
  I use it in pre-xlate Tcl procs to query data from the sending application (McKesson Paragon HIS) as they don’t include all data that we need to send.
  
  Because of the complicated format of Microbiology results they just can’t get it right, so I wrote a few queries that I use to pull missing data in pre-xlate proc.
