OBR.27 field 221 wihtout . the . extension

Hello,

We are doing a upgrade from 5.3 to 5.6 and my OBR.27 (filed 00221) on 5.6 is truncated: remove the dot part of the date

from 5.3: 1^^^20080929022100.0000-0400^^RT~^^^^^RT

to 5.6: 1^^^20080929022100^^RT~^^^^^RT

same variant, same xlate, same machine.

So What I miss ? Thanks in advance for your help

  By default, 5.6 has turned “precision” off when copying the date/time fields in the Xlate.

  Great, but we have a lot of xlates, so do you know on how to change the default behavior: precision off to precision on (not to add a DATECOPYOPT on the top of all xlate)

  Their option under client options, but I do not think it is retro with existing xlates.
