Enhancement Long Description:

There are many times where one of the systems I send messages to has a problem.  I put my outbound thread on hold so no messages are passed over until they have there side fixed.  At that time I have thousands of messages that are queued in my thread that is on hold.  I would like to be able to release a specified number of messages from the hold. If you release the hold, you can’t tell how many messages will go over before you can reenstate the hold.

At the same time, if a thread is not running but has messages that where already queued up, I would like to be able to start the thread in an “on hold” status so no messages are sent until I am ready to release a few using the above mentioned enhancement.
