Need help in regard to an error in Monitor daemon.

I am getting the following error all of a sudden and henceforth unable to start the processes.   Attaching the MonitorD log.   Kindly help.

Looks like you’re out of semaphores. There are some posts on the forum abut this, like here: https://usspvlclovertch2.infor.com/viewtopic.php?t=1624&highlight=semaphores

Mostly you will need to reboot the machine to get rid of all the semaphores that are (not) in use. Before that: have a look at one of the kernel parameters to raise the number of semaphores.
