Does anyone know the source of this error?  I am adding this thread as the hci user and keep getting this.

[msi :msi :ERR /0: F70Flynx_cmd:10/29/2009 11:17:36] msiSetRegionSize: Can’t set region size (135168): Not owner

[msi :msi :ERR /0: F70Flynx_cmd:10/29/2009 11:17:36] msiRegionExpand: Can’t set region size

[msi :msi :ERR /0: F70Flynx_cmd:10/29/2009 11:17:36] msiAllocateTocEntry: Can’t alloc TOC entry for FIlynx: Not owner

[msi :msi :ERR /0: F70Flynx_cmd:10/29/2009 11:17:36] msiUpdateRegion: failed to add thread to TOC

[prod:prod:ERR /0: F70Flynx_cmd:10/29/2009 11:17:36] Initialization of global shared memory failed

I have ran a dbinit -AC and this site still doesn’t want to allow me to add a thread (even without Xlates or tcl code…just a bare naked thread).  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.  Thanks.  Dan
