    Platform AIX ,

    Cloverleaf 5.5

I have a set of users who are not UNIX savvy.  I would like to create a way for them to use the GUI to move files between the two systems.

I have several ideas, but this is bright group, so before I do one I figure see who else has done it and if they had a better idea of how.

I’m looking for anyone with Ideas or who has actually implemented such a way to move things.

All comments are welcome and ideas are welcome.

I’m not exactly sure what you are asking….but if you are looking for any free application that basically handles ftp’ing using a GUI, then try Core FTP Lite.

I use WinSCP. Have for years. Love it.

I use HummingBird Exceed that has a piece called HummingBird Neighborhood that integrates into Windows Explorer so you can drag and drop files to and from you UNIX box to you PC just like you would with a local or shared drive.
