Messages based on Patient Grouping – Summarized Reporting

Hello,

We have been tasked here to evaluate whether CL can do the following, and if so how can this be done in CL.

We need to send results to a client EMR and the report has to be grouped by PatientID.  So, basically send one message per patient for the entire results that have been finaled.  Rather then sending 500 messages at a time, the client wants 100 messages for each patient.  Reporting is sent at patient level.   One MSH, PID, PVI, maybe multiple ORC, OBR and definitely multiple OBX’s.
