Killing Messages

I have a question that i am sure is probably a simple one, but i am more curious than anything. Is their a limit to how many messages you can or should kill in the engine? Meaning is their a limit. When you kill, or even suppress a message where does it go?

  When you kill a message even with the suppress, it is deleted. It is removed from the recovery db and is nolonger available.
