Interface with PHS

We are having some communication issues with the PHS application at our site.  The issue is that frequently about every couple of minutes.  The connections  both inbound and outbound appear to hang and require a bounce of just one thread and then both connections start processing data.

We have gone around and around with vendor, networking, etc… with no real solution.

The conversation has lead to soft  close vs hard close….

Has anyone dealt with this?

Ryan, we use the standard mlp:tcp/ip protocol provided by Cloverleaf and never have any issues with connectivity to PHS.
