Hi All, I have what may prove to be a very simple question. We are currently running version 3.8.1 of the Interface Manager and we are preparing to upgrade to 5.3. We have noticed there are times when we will log into the Netconfig Gui and discover that some of the fields can not not be accessed within the Thread Configuration (This happens in both 3.8.1 and 5.3). Instead of seeing the typical entry box there will be just a single vertical line. Sometimes rebooting the client PC will temporarily resolve the issue, other times, rebooting will not resolve this problem. The PC’s that we have the Netconfigurator running on are Pentium 4 (1.8Ghz) PC’s running Windows 2000 (SP4). Each system has at least 256mb of RAM and 64 mb of video Ram.
We talked with a support representative that indicated that this is a known issue and that Quovadx recommends 16 or 32mb of RAM NOT 64.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
Thanks
