HP/UX 11.11 "hpsim" software conflicts with CL 5.6

This notice ONLY applies to the HP/UX platform.

We have had reports from two users that have loaded a software package called “hpsim” from HP.

This software installs a Xerxes library and updates the SHLIB_PATH environment variable to point to that library.

The version of this hpsim Xerxes library conflicts with the Xerxes library we use with Cloverleaf.
