Hello.  We have Linux version 5.8 and we are a new engine customer.  We are wanting to set up a thread that will reach out remotely and pick up a file (or files), deliver them to the engine for processing, and output the file in a specific format.  From level 1 training, we believe we can do parts 2 and 3, but we’re unclear how to go out and grab a file from the Windows server which has the file (s).  Can you help get us started?

      Thank you,

      Steve

          Steve,

If the server’s file system is mappable to your Cloverleaf platform, you can use the Fileset/Local protocol.

If it is not mappable but the server is running an FTP server, you can use the Fileset/FTP protocol.
