Gerard,
First make sure your basis is correct for the ITERATE Action.
Make sure it is a segment and not a group that is repeating.
One way to have a sanity check for the basis is to run a message with the repeating element(s) through the HL/7 tester with the ‘noise’ turned up. The display will show you where in the item address path the repetitions occur.
That should match up with the basis in your Xlate ITERATE Action.
