Help!! Cloverleaf crashed after upgrading AIX firmware

Greeting Cloverleafers!!!

We are planning to upgrade our AIX 5.1 to 5.2, before upgrading Cloverleaf 5.2 to 5.6.

This morning we did the following steps to our test box:

1. Broke the mirror root VG on the AIX 5.1

2. Upgraded firmware

And even before we install 5.2, our test box went down and it also affects our production box, all processes went down on our production box as well. We have High Availability.

Can anyone help???
