hcixltconvert problem from 5.4.1 to 5.6

We are converting from 5.4.1 to 5.6 on HPUX. I am getting the same error for all sites.

When I try to run hcixltconvert, I am getting the following errors. Has anyone encountered this before?

proc: not found

setHciDirs not found

syntax error at line 35 } unexpected

  I have no problem running hcixltconvert. Have you login as hci and do a setroot and setsite explicitly? Sometimes it might make a differnece…
  
  Do a hcixltls before running hcixltconvert. All Xlate you see under hcixltls are what you will be converting.
  
  Have you tried hcitpsconvert also? Any problem with that?

  The issue turned out to be that I had loaded the wrong HPux rev2 patch.
  
  We have HPUX-11.11 with 2.0 RISC and 64 bit processing. I had loaded the patch for Itanium in error.
