hcidbdump PID still running

Doing some cleanup on our system and noted after running the top command that there is an hcidbdump process still running:

64880768 hci        0   2 2047k 1772k  run   188+08  0.0/96.2 hcidbdump.

I am of the opinion that it can and should be stopped but thought I would check to see if anyone has any thoughts on a pssible adverse reaction should I do so. Thanks in advance.

Also have hcitpstest running:

32702738 hci        0   0   27M   26M  run 45+00:51 85.3/92.3 hcitpstest

As I said I believe these PID’s can be killed, just wondering if there may be any ill affects to the system while site is up and running.
