We run hcicyclesavemsgs on a regular basis during the day and since we’ve migrated from 3.5.2 to 5.3.2, one of my threads are not getting saved. I’m baffled as to why… There are 8 threads in this engine, 7 outbound and 1 inbound. One of the outbound threads just won’t cyclesave. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, mary.

🙂 I think I got it figured out… Looks like a glitch in the hcicyclesavemsgs script… I really have 2 out of 8 thread not cyclesaving… the 2 happen to have a similar name to another thread in the site. For example, I have a thread called “to_pharm” in the sms_invision engine and one called “to_pharm_lab” in the sms_pharm engine. Looking at the log it was trying to cyclesave the to_pharm_lab thread while working the sms_invision engine. To avoid this problem, I’ve changed the “to_pharm” thread to “to_pharm_adt”… It will probably work…Thanks for your help! Mary.
