hcicmdnt output_cycle

We are running 5.5 on Windows 2003 Server.  When we first went up with Cloverleaf several years ago attempt to cycle engine log files engines would hang the engines.  It appeared to be a problem with how windows handles file management.

exec $rootdir/bin/hcicmdnt -p $Process -c “. output_cycle in”

Anyone running under windows cycling engine logs?
