hciaccess.exe should allow switches for server and site

I shouldn’t have to open the IDE console then change server to go where I need to go. I’d like to have the ability to have multiple icons on my desktop that would allow me to go directly to server_Prod/site_Orders and another for server_Test/site_Results

  It would also be nice if when we changed sites, all of the open windows would re-populate where possible (like the NetMonitor and NetConfig).
