We are testing a HACMP environment. The 2 nodes are several hunder miles apart. This is causing a lot of extra latency due to the dual disk writes (2 nodes). Is there anyway in AIX or Cloverleaf to tell it to cache more before writing to disk? We can tunr off SMAT as much as possible but I would like to see if there is anything else that can be done to increase the through put.
