FTP Fileset Error in 5.6 rev 1 (bug?)

I am testing the FTP Fileset in 5.6 Rev 1 and I noticed that the thread always went to “ERROR” state if there is no file available in the inbound directory. Basically everytime curl return reponse 550, Cloverleaf will always set “PD_STATUS_ERROR”

Is this how the FTP Fileset works in 5.6 Rev 1 or is it a bug?

For workaround, we put “dummy file” and use TPS Dir Parse (it works, but we prefer not to put dummy file for each of our FTP interfaces since it will be lot of works)

Budhi,

In my experience, this it the way it works in versions prior to 5.6 as well.  As you state, the work around is to put a dummy file and exclude it via the tps parse proc.
