ftlGetTokenList: Missing message type error

I have an ORR^O02 message that is failing due to an “ftlGetTokenList: Missing message type”. Can anyone explain what the ftlGetTokenList is?

Any help would be appreciative.

  Is ‘ORR^O02’ really the message type? Is it in the right field (MSH-9)?
  
  Does the ORR^O02 message exist in the variant that you are using in your translation?
